Online Order Shipping Details:
Order processing may take up to 3 business days to assemble, package, and ship.
Shipping times may be affected by observed Holidays and inclement weather.
All orders are shipped via Fedex ground.

 

RETURNS

 

If anything you purchase from Zeon doesn’t live up to your highest standard, please return it to us within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund.

To return your item(s), please follow the instructions below. Upon receiving your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you’re returning an item from outside the United States, or would prefer to use an alternate shipping method to send your return back to us at your cost, please ship your package to this address:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fill out the Return Form that came in the original box, or you can download and print it here.
  2. Take the FEDEX return label that was included in your box and attach it to the outside of the box.
  3. Drop off your package at a Fedex drop box or Fedex location or visit fedex.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.

 

Please Note:

We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

We do not accept returns of neon signs unless they are in the original boxes.
